Many facilities experience odors emanating from floor drains in restrooms, warehouses, public areas, and confined spaces. These are primarily due to the trap seal in the drainpipe evaporating over time, the trap seal not being replenished with trap primers; or no water entering the trap, i.e., through wet mopping a floor.

In addition, depending on the climate you live in, trap seals may evaporate rather quickly. Or, if the trap is configured with a trap primer, it may be that the trap primer no longer works.

Enter EverPrime®! Add about 1 gallon of water to the floor drain and add approximately three (3) ounces of EverPrime into the floor drain (on top of the water).

Done! If there are no additional significant amounts of water entering the floor drain, EverPrime will last for months.

For floor drains 1-1/2" to 2", add three oz. of EverPrime.

For floor drains 3" to 4", add six oz. of EverPrime®.

EverPrime pays for itself on its first application. Just calculate what it may cost to call a custodian or plumber to investigate the problem. They try to remedy the situation but may have to do it all over again in just a couple of weeks.
